Mary Flynn is a singer much in demand, as a wedding singer, for both church and civil ceremonies. She is also a funeral singer. Mary will also provide music for special occasions; anniversaries, christenings, blessings and corporate events. Mary is a highly versatile singer with a vast repertoire of music from Sacred to Classical, Popular, and Contemporary.
Mary studied voice with Mary Brennan of RIAM and DIT. She has performed as a soloist on RTE television and radio on numerous occasions. Mary recorded a CD of Irish folk/traditional songs which was very favourably received and played on both RTE and Lyric FM.
In her capacity as cantor in St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Dublin, Mary has sung for many dignitaries, including members of the government, judiciary and diplomatic corps. She is a soloist on many recordings for the Archdiocese of Dublin. Mary sings in St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Dublin at the 6pm vigil mass on Saturday evenings.
